Martin Performing Arts Center, completed in 1992, is highlighted by a state-of-the-art theater that seats about 400. The main level houses offices and classrooms for the Communication Arts Department, as well as important support areas for the theatre program. The rear, ground-level portion of the building houses a 30' by 40' TV studio, radio and TV production rooms, and Radio Station KZLC.
